Below is the pre-Buy List list. As you peruse it, you will see among the names (1) stocks our Portfolios already own and (2) stocks out of which we have been Stopped, but with a new Value Range. As I stated in The Closing Bell, this is a work in progress; so if stocks in general continue down (1) new names will likely be Added, (2) some of these stocks may fall below the lower boundary of their Buy Value Range and be Removed from off the list or (3) the Market could explode upward this morning and I will be scrambling to get money to work.
